Is this only for ground-mount?
PMC is built around ground-mount projects, where coordination between civil, structural and electrical is heaviest. Rooftop portfolios can be scoped on request.
Do you replace the EPC's engineering team?
No. PMC is owner-side oversight: we review, validate and coordinate; the EPC still designs and builds.
Can you start mid-project?
Yes. Many engagements start at the vendor-drawing or construction stage.
Do you issue as-built drawings?
Yes, verified as-built drawings with calculations at the end of the engagement.
